Admissions Process
Following an initial enquiry, a prospectus, including a registration form, is sent out (or can be downloaded) and enquirers are encouraged to contact the School Office to make an appointment to view the school.
On receipt of the completed registration form and fee, an acknowledgement is sent out with confirmation of firm/waiting list status, in accordance with the criteria set out in our Admissions Policy.
Offers of places for pre-school children who are on the firm place lists are made approximately 18 months prior to their year of entry, moving down onto the waiting list for that year as appropriate. At this stage, parents are required to complete an acceptance form, accept the School’s terms and conditions and pay a deposit of £500 which is refundable through the last fee bill when the child leaves the school.
Invitations to the School’s Open Day are sent out each year and termly updates are sent out in the year prior to children starting in Kindergarten. Note that the school's annual open day will take place on Monday 15th July 2024. Children and their parents are also invited to attend an Induction morning in the summer term prior to starting school.
Places for older children are offered from the waiting list when a place becomes available with the child being invited for a ‘taster’ session at school prior to the offer documentation being sent out.
